MyoBloom’s October 2026
Even if you don’t win, you win.
A 21-day challenge (plus an optional Prep Week) built for OMTs who want a more visible, organized social media presence — daily tips, doable tasks, and a community of fellow therapists doing it together.
How it works
Each challenge day comes with three simple deliverables. Small steps that add up to a presence you’re proud of.
A quick tip, plus something to actually do.
Something added to your growing content library.
A prompt to help you actually create something that day.
A day in the challenge
Every day you open the challenge and find the same three things waiting: a task, an asset, and a post prompt. Here is a real day, start to finish.
Task
Update your Instagram bio and add a link. On the live and in the day’s details, we’ll talk a bit about having multiple links, where links should and shouldn’t go, and how keywords in your bio increase your account’s search optimization.
Asset
Add one new photo or video clip to your content library — a headshot, a photo of your workspace, a quick clip of a tool you use…pull from our list for inspiration and stack supporting content you can use again and again.
Post
Pick a prompt from your list and post it. Today’s might be share one thing you love about helping your patients
. The prompt does the thinking, so you’re not staring at a blank screen. We talk about how to use your brand voice, templates, and AI as an assistant, should you choose to use it.
10–15 minutes a day That’s the whole commitment. Some days are quicker, and you can batch a few days at once if that suits you better.
Timeline
How points work
Every task is worth points, and logging them is how you climb the leaderboard. Log a task on its day and you earn full points. Log it later as a catch-up and it still counts for half — so a conference, a packed clinic week, or a day that just gets away from you never knocks you out of the challenge. Tap a number in the example below to try it.
Prep Week · Oct 2–8 (optional) The Challenge · Oct 9–29 Logged on the day Logged late (half points)
Friday · 12pm
We walk through exactly how the challenge works, together.
Tuesday · 9pm EST
An open Q&A — ask anything, troubleshoot anything, and get re-energized at the halfway point.
Thursday · 8pm
Standings are revealed and winners are announced.
Prizes
Every task you log earns points on the live leaderboard. The top three finishers earn back part or all of their entry.
Even if you don’t win, you win: you walk away with a content library, a posting habit, and a community of therapists in your corner.
Included
Everything you need to show up for 21 days, and keep going after.
Questions
Nothing closes and nothing is lost. You can go back and log that day’s tasks as a catch-up, and they count for half points. Plenty of people finish the challenge having missed a few days along the way — for some the point is the habit and accountability, not a perfect streak.
Yes. The challenge is built for therapists, not marketers. Each day tells you what to do and why it matters, in plain language, and the optional Prep Week covers the basics before Day 1 — setting up your profile, finding your voice, and getting organized.
This is not, however, a content creation class. We’ll do a quick review on creating templates and give you a basic template to use, and we’ll also have pre-made templates for sale if you don’t already have any — or if you’d rather avoid design wherever you can.
If you’re on vacation, heading to IAOM in Hawaii, or tied up with an event that would make it hard to participate, I invite you to use batched social media posts — something we talk about during the challenge. Instead of making a daily post an actual daily task, it’s much more efficient to sit down and create a week’s worth of posts and use a scheduler to make sure they go out, so you don’t have to touch it again until the next round.
For this reason, travel should be no issue. And on the upside, when you’re out and about is the best time to get footage where people can see the real you and what you’re up to — should you choose to capture and share it.
In the event of a tie, we’ll use a spinner wheel on the final call to see who takes first place.
